Supply & connection
What does a new company in Du Long Industrial Park need to do to get power?
Submit a supply request with legal and technical documents; Du Long Power will survey, agree the connection, accept the works and sign a power purchase agreement before energization.
How long does it take to get power?
The energization schedule is agreed during the site survey, based on your documents and the progress of your electrical works. We always aim to keep it as short as possible so your factory can start operating early.
Can you help us choose the substation capacity?
Yes, free of charge. Our engineers calculate it from your equipment list and expansion plans.
Billing & payment
Which tariff applies?
The Government's current retail electricity tariff for manufacturing customers, by voltage level and time of use.
When and how are invoices sent?
E-invoices are issued each billing cycle and sent to the contact your company has registered.
How can we double-check our meter readings?
Contact our customer hotline; we provide the remote metering data sheet and can inspect on site if needed.

How are planned outages announced?
Planned outage notices are sent directly to affected companies and posted in the News section in advance, so you can plan production.
Can Du Long Power operate our private substation?

Solar power
Can we install solar without capital?
Yes. Du Long Power can invest in the entire system through a roof lease or a shared-savings (ESCO) partnership.
Can we buy back the system under the ESCO model?
During the contract term, if you wish, you may take over (buy back) the system under terms agreed between both parties.
Is the roof survey free?
Yes, the roof survey is completely free and without obligation.
