Substation & power line design and construction
A turnkey solution from survey, design, estimating and equipment supply to construction, testing, acceptance and energization – with one contractor fully accountable.
Overview
We design and build distribution substations from 250 to 2,500 kVA, 22/24 kV overhead lines and underground cables, and the 0.4 kV low-voltage system up to the factory's distribution boards.
Each solution is optimized for the site layout, load and budget, complying with current electrical technical regulations and the connection requirements of the Du Long Industrial Park network.
Scope of service
- Site survey and construction drawings
- Detailed estimates and transparent turnkey quotes
- Supply of transformers, MV switchgear, LV panels, cables and accessories
- Construction of substations, 22/24 kV MV lines and 0.4 kV LV lines
- MV and LV underground cable installation

Benefits for your business
Turnkey, one contractor
From design and permits to energization – no need to coordinate multiple contractors.
Transparent quotes
Detailed estimates by material and labor; no extras beyond the agreed scope.
Know-how of the park grid
We operate 11 substations in Du Long Industrial Park, so designs meet connection requirements from the start.
Quality equipment
Transformers and switchgear from reputable manufacturers, with factory certificates and complete test reports.
Substation types we deliver
| Type | Typical capacity | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Pole-mounted | 250 – 400 kVA | Mounted on poles, low cost, suitable for small and medium loads |
| Compact (packaged) | 250 – 2,500 kVA | MV switchgear, transformer and LV panel integrated; compact and fast to install |
| Kiosk | 250 – 2,500 kVA | Metal kiosk enclosure on a plinth; safe, tidy, ideal for industrial park factories |
| Indoor | As designed | Installed in the factory's electrical room, well protected from the weather |
Capacity ranges are indicative; the actual solution is determined after the site survey.
