Overview

The metering system uses multi-tariff electronic meters that transmit data over GPRS to a central management system. Energy by time band, demand and operating parameters are recorded continuously.

Invoices are generated from remote-read data and clearly show energy per time band, reactive energy (if any) and the applicable unit prices, making reconciliation easy.

You receive consumption data for each billing cycle. If you need more detailed data for load analysis, please contact customer service.
How are invoices delivered?
E-invoices are sent to the contact your company has registered.
What if we suspect the meter is inaccurate?
Send us a check request. We will inspect on site, compare the data and, if needed, request meter verification according to regulations.
What is reactive energy and is it charged?
If your factory's power factor (cos φ) is below the required level, you must pay for reactive power. Our power factor correction service solves this.
