Electricity supply in Du Long Industrial Park

As the licensed electricity distributor and retailer in Du Long Industrial Park, we sign power purchase agreements directly with each company and are responsible for a safe, stable and continuous supply for production.

Operating under License No. 404/GP-SCT issued by the Khanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade

Overview

Du Long Power directly manages the medium-voltage and low-voltage network and the substations inside Du Long Industrial Park. Companies therefore deal with a single on-site point of contact for power supply, metering, billing and outage response.

Electricity prices follow the retail tariff set by the Government, based on the connection voltage level and time of use. Invoices show consumption for each time band, making reconciliation and cost optimization easy.

Frequently asked questions

How is the electricity price calculated for companies in the industrial park?
Prices follow the Government's current retail electricity tariff for manufacturing customers, by connection voltage level and by time of use (peak, normal, off-peak). See Connection procedure & tariffs for details.
Who do I call if the power goes out outside office hours?
Call the 24/7 technical & outage hotline +84 369 846 896 / +84 865 365 639. Our operations team handles faults day and night, including public holidays.
How do we increase capacity when the factory expands?
Send a capacity increase request with your load plan. We will survey and advise on upgrading the transformer or adding a substation, and adjust the power purchase agreement accordingly.
How are electricity bills paid?
Bills are paid each billing cycle by bank transfer; the payment deadline is stated on the invoice and in the power purchase agreement.
Will our factory be affected if the national grid has a fault?
The industrial park network is fed by the national power system, so upstream faults may have an impact. In that case we coordinate with the upstream utility, notify you promptly and restore supply as soon as the source is back.
